Perhaps the CCP considers it blasphemous to wipe your sticky hands and mouth on a portrait of 'The Chairman'. Given the mass famines his policies created, the idea of a Mao themed restaurant is a little perverse.
Meanwhile I'm hoping very little Peking Duck is actually made from these handsome Mandarin Ducks.
Politics aside, definitely one of my favorite foods.
